This blended rosé is made from over 85% Pinot Noir, including 12% red wine which gives it its pale pink color, and 15% Chardonnay. The nose is open and very fresh, with aromas of strawberry and even grenadine. On the palate, the fleshy fruit perceived on the nose reappears with a lovely freshness, complemented by a tangy touch of ripe redcurrant. This fresh and fruity rosé is very pleasant as an aperitif. It can also be enjoyed with sushi, meats such as chicken breast, or cooked, meaty fish. This rosé can also be served with a fruit salad. It will surprise you both as an aperitif and throughout a meal.
