A rare wine from an exceptional year. 

This great Champagne has aged for over 6 years in the cellar.It strikes a perfect balance between the delicacy of Chardonnay and the strength of Pinot Noir.

The nose immediately reveals notes of lemon zest, followed by aromas of praline and hazelnut, gently evolving toward dried flowers.

On the palate, it is tonic, fresh, and elegant, with notes of ripe mandarin pulp. 

It has great length and a finish of yellow lemon zest.

This vintage champagne will perfectly complement scallops or fresh langoustines. It will also surprise when paired with thin slices of Parmesan.
